You did it! Ending the Challenge with the granddaddy of creative prompts.

Wow, what a month! Over 200 of you participated in the Challenge, and people stayed remarkably, consistently engaged, with most of you reading the posts daily. The Messier team has learned an incredible amount in August, and we’re grateful for your engagement, inspiration and great ideas.

Today, the prompt is just to write. Write anything, for as long as you want. Probably the most widely used writing prompt is from Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way: “Morning Pages,” a practice of writing longhand for three pages every single morning. Forever. Well we’re not asking for forever. Or even for three pages. You set the parameters, and just write something. Share it if you’re feeling up to it.
